Who we are

IberSalud is a Spain–Philippines team dedicated to giving families a clear, safe path to advanced medical care in Spain. We work directly with international units at leading private hospitals and specialist clinics to route each case to the right team, confirm timelines before any travel, and coordinate the steps end-to-end with European clinical standards.

What sets us apart is focus and discretion: we limit the number of active cases so we can move fast, keep communication transparent, and protect your privacy. Our coordinators understand both the realities of care in Asia and how Spanish hospitals make decisions—so you spend less time guessing and more time following a documented plan.

How we work

  1. Intro (email / WhatsApp / brief call)
    Tell us what you’re exploring and what you need. No medical files required at this stage.

  2. Specialist triage in Spain
    We route your case to the appropriate unit. In many situations the hospital will request a video consultation with a senior specialist (this typically has a fee set by the hospital).

  3. Proposed plan & timeline
    After specialist input, you’ll receive a written outline of next steps and expected dates—so you can decide before booking flights.

  4. Travel & admission coordination
    Admission letters, visa guidance, and logistics support (airport pickup on request).

  5. Treatment in Spain
    Private hospitals, English-speaking coordination, and updates for your family.

  6. Follow-up back home
    Discharge documents and tele-checkups as needed, coordinated with your local doctor.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t promise outcomes. Final indications and eligibility depend on specialist evaluation.

  • We’re not an emergency service. If your situation is life-threatening, please go to the nearest hospital.

  • We don’t issue quotes without evaluation. Only the hospital can issue a cost estimate after clinical review.

  • We don’t ask for full records upfront. We only request what’s needed for screening and use secure uploads when required.
